Mixed-Use For GA Tech Students Officially Breaks Ground

University House Midtown will include 268 units, 706 beds and 10,526 square feet of retail on the northeast side of campus in Midtown.

Inland American Communities Group recently held a groundbreaking for its 19-story mixed-use student housing development, University House Midtown.

Set to open in open in August 2015 at 930 Spring Street near 8th Street, the development will be geared toward Georgia Tech students.

"We look forward to introducing a top quality environment for local students to live and learn," David Pierce, senior vice president of development for Inland American Communities Group, said in a news release
