New 150‐Room Hyatt House Hotel at Georgia Aquarium Coming Soon

Atlanta‐based Developer Chip Patterson and TPG Hospitality Form Joint Venture – Break Ground on New Hotel in Downtown Atlanta

Chip Patterson and TPG Hospitality recently announced the groundbreaking for a new a 150‐room Hyatt House hotel located in Atlanta’s burgeoning Downtown Luckie St. district. The joint venture, 380 Luckie, LLC, will be constructing a new Hyatt House hotel at the northwest quadrant of Ivan Allen Boulevard and Luckie Streets.

It will be Georgia's second Hyatt House, the first is near the Cobb Galleria.  THe new downtown location could be completed in 16 months.

According to a release, the Hyatt House is a "distinctive hotel concept that will evolve the extended‐stay model into a social and modern environment where guests feel like residents of an upscale apartment community." Featuring studio and one & two‐bedroom kitchen suites, Hyatt House boasts unexpected amenities and services, including indoor and outdoor social spaces and a living room‐like lounge.
