Olmsted Transitions from Restaurant to Full-Time Event Facility

As of Monday, August 12, Olmsted is transitioning from a restaurant to a full-time event facility.

On Monday, August 12, Olmsted is transitioning from a restaurant to a full-time event facility and to accommodate diners, the adjacent Article 14 is launching new menus and will offer weekend brunch and Sunday dinner service starting Saturday, August 17.

According to a press release sent to Midtown Patch, an increased demand for weddings, corporate lunches and other private events, led the Legacy Restaurant Partners® to transition Olmsted from a restaurant to a full-time event facility. Previously, Olmsted was not available for special events during lunch hours.

“We look forward to being able to accommodate more private event requests from our guests in Midtown,” said Brian Bullock, managing partner of Legacy Restaurant Partners.  “We’re also excited about the new menus, brunch and Sunday dinner at Article 14, where locals gather to enjoy a great meal in an inviting atmosphere.”

Article 14’s new lunch and dinner menus feature traditional, regional dishes that are made with the finest locally grown ingredients.

“Both menus at Article 14 are full of classic, fresh dishes with clean, bright flavors,” said Chris Blobaum, corporate executive chef of Legacy Restaurant Partners. “We made sure to keep Olmsted favorites too, such as our lobster roll, which we make with warm lobster, lemon, chervil, shallots and slaw on a buttered bun.”
