Panera Bread Ready to Join the 12th & Midtown Family - Construction Ending Soon
Panera Bread plans to add an outdoor patio cafe, as well.
Panera Bread will be the next new business to open at 1010 Midtown in the 12th & Midtown development. The well known sandwich shop will occupy a 5412 sq./ft. space and will add on a patio facing Peachtree Street.
According to reports in WhatNowAtlanta, the company spent over $1 million on the build-out that is currently underway.
Panera Bread says that this location in Midtown will be the first urban inspired bakery-cafe in their slate of 30 Atlanta locations.
Panera Bread looks to open later this year.
