Ru Sans on Piedmont Says, 'Roaches are Gone and We're Now Re-Open'

It was late this past summer when Ru San's was forced to closed due to an infestation of cockroaches.  Now, after a few months and under new management, the sushi restaurant located at 1529 Piedmont Avenue, says they are once again open and ready to serve the community again.

Back in August their health inspection report was unsatisfactory due to, "roach infestation in service area inside, under and around prep coolers and around cash registers. Observed dead roaches under prep coolers.  Repeat Violation."

The new owner/manager is Thai Nguyan, according to WhatNowAtlanta, and she is quoted as saying that the remodeling is complete and that everything is fresh.

I am sure there are many patrons like myself that are willing to take the manager's word for it, and will once again try to support the business. BUT, remember the restaurants track record, even before shutting down.
