Vonage Business Solutions Disconnects From Midtown Office

The business solutions arm of the telecom company cites a need to expand as their primary reason for moving from the area.

Seeking more office space to accommodate their growth, Vonage Business Solutions is relocating to Cobb County from their Pershing Point Plaza location on Peachtree Street.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the new office will contain 80,000 sq. ft. of office space at the Towers of Wildwood Plaza, near the intersection of Windy Hill and Powers Ferry roads. Vonage is assuming a sublease at approximately $16 a foot.

Vonage Business Solution's president Wain Kellum told the Chronicle that the move was economic and employee-focused in nature. Kellum said the new facility in Cobb County offered better amenities and would allow the company to create around 200 new jobs.

Pershing Point Plaza, at 1375 Peachtree St., contains 410,375 sq. ft. of office space on seven stories. The building was renovated in 2001 and is LEED certified.
