Last fall, Walton Communities broke ground on a Walton Westside, four-story, 250-unit apartment project at the intersection of Huff Road and Foster Street near the Goat Farm Arts Center.
The project, which is slated for a spring 2014 opening, will include a rooftop deck, large windows and granite countertops.
