With record lows sweeping through Atlanta, it’s time to stay warm with a cocktail in hand. At 4th & Swift, bar manager Chris Gianaras continues to shake up innovative libations with the restaurant’s new winter cocktail menu, full of seasonal flavors and high quality spirits guaranteed to liven up your January booze blanket.
Highlights from the winter menu include “The Fire Within” featuring Camus VS cognac, New York Malmsey Madeira, drambuie and Angostura bitters and the “Paper Moon” with Neisson rhum agricole, Byrrh, St. Elder, spiced quince, prosecco, lemon and Bittercube Jamaican #1 bitters. For a taste of the restaurant’s new barrel-aged cocktail program, guests are invited to sip on the "Master of Ceremonies" featuring Gianaras’ freshly barrel-aged Breckenridge bourbon, Gran Classico, green chartreuse, Dolin Blanc and Bitter Truth Creole bitters.
