Cooks & Soldiers, The Bilt House, Kane Coming to 691 14th Street

Westbridge Partners has closed on the purchase of the retail portion of the Elan Westside building located at 691 14th Street and will welcome three unique destinations set to open this summer and fall.

Castellucci Hospitality Group’s latest restaurant Cooks & Soldiers and high-end lifestyle boutique The Bilt-House will join New York and LA-inspired women’s fashion boutique Kane as the anchors for the new 11,000 square foot retail located on the corner of 14th and Howell Mill Road.

“The Westside Provisions District is the destination for hip Atlantans looking for unique and inspiring retail and restaurants,” said Chris Faussemagne, of Westbridge Partners. “The Bilt-House and Kane are bringing something completely different and needed to the area, while Castellucci Hospitality has a reputation for drawing foodies to their destination restaurants. We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome these businesses to 691 14th Street.”

Castellucci Hospitality Group, the restaurant group behind trend-setting Atlanta mainstays the Iberian Pig, Double Zero and Sugo, are bringing Cooks & Soldiers to 691 14th Street. The inspiration for the concept comes from the Basque region of Spain and France, with a special focus on the San Sebastian area in particular.

The Bilt-House is a high end ladies lifestyle boutique. This will be its fourth location in Atlanta offering an eclectic mix from bohemian chic to classic styles of clothing and accessories for individuals and their homes.

Kane will be a shopping destination unlike any other in Atlanta - one that rivals the coveted favorites of New York and LA but infused with modern day Southern attention to detail and warmth.  Kane is where classic and edgy live harmoniously, fashion-forward meets practical, and shoppers are welcomed by labels, accessories and products they swear by and those they've yet to discover.

The retail portion 691 14th Street is more than 80 percent leased. Elan Westside began welcoming residents this spring.
