Buzz, Expectations High for January 11th Event
It's difficult to follow up an event that in its premiere stunned the Georgia entertainment community with its elegant and thorough presentation highlighting the accomplishments of well-known and newcoming talent throughout the state of Georgia in a festive, Oscar-like awards ceremony format.

The event that in January of 2013 became the talk of the Georgia entertainment community and a trademark event of the winter season - the Georgia Entertainment Gala - is back and even brighter in its celebration of the immense talent that Georgia has to offer.  It is now less than a week away with another incredible event poised and ready to happen.

Presented by Autumn Bailey Entertainment and SEMAJ Consulting on Saturday January 11, 2014 at the Georgia World Congress Center, the awards ceremony will commence to honor the excellence of Georgia's Entertainment industry professionals across multiple platforms.

With categories including Community Leadership, Rising Star and Best Actor - the gala will commend the creative works and achievements of Georgia's brightest stars.  As a themed Roaring 1920's Black Tie affair hosted by Actress Abigail Spencer (Cowboys & Aliens) and actor Tyler Lepley ("The Haves and the Have Nots"), guests will find themselves emerged in an evening of live entertainment, mixing and mingling, while being treated to an assortment of tantalizing cocktails and hors d' oeuvres.

"I believe in helping folks and shinning the light on people who might be over looked, says Autumn Bailey, Founder of The Georgia Entertaiment Gala, "This is the reason for the Georgia Entertainment Gala.  We may not be the Oscars or Golden Globes - and we are not trying to be - but we are trying to showcase our "second-to-none" talent here in this state, recognize people who do amazing work in their field, and hopefully advance the ball slightly or significantly for their careers."

The gala has been collectively designed to pique all of the senses while advancing an excellent cause. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Art program of Bethune Elementary School and Corporate Code. With support from numerous sponsors, partners and a host committee of esteemed influencers, the Georgia Entertainment Awards & Gala is poised to be one of Atlanta's most memorable occasions.

Governor Nathan Deal recently proclaimed his support for this event for the second year in a row in a video that can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52JhPMoU-w8&feature=youtu.be.

With a rush of last minute requests, tickets are going very fast for this event.  Tickets can still be purchased at this time at www.GAEntertainmentGala.com.
