16th semi-annual College Prep Series

Please join Atlanta City Council President Ceasar C. Mitchell for his 16th Semi-Annual College Prep Series (CPS) on Saturday, March 29th from 8:00 a.m. to noon at North Atlanta High School, 4111 Northside Parkway, N.W. The CPS offers students a free opportunity to take college entrance exams in a simulated testing environment.

Council President Mitchell is partnering with The Princeton Review to administer the practice college entrance exams. Through this partnership, students have an opportunity to take the Princeton Review Assessment (PRA), an assessment that will help them determine whether they would test better on the ACT or the SAT. The format of the PSAT will remain the same. The PSAT is best suited for middle school through 9th grade students. Sophomores and juniors may register for the PRA. Students should register in advance, see registration information below.

The “scores back" session and COLLEGE FAIR are scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. in the Atlanta City Hall atrium, 55 Trinity Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. In-state and out-of-state colleges and universities will be in attendance. Students should come prepared to talk with college representatives about their interests and plans.
