3D Printing from Minecraft: Build a Mayan Pyramid

Do you have a child who loves to play Minecraft? In Minecraft, kids are able to build anything they can imagine! Our Young Explorers class lets kids aged 8-15 take that to the next level. Working in Minecraft, they’ll learn about different styles in architecture, design either a Mayan pyramid, the Parthenon, a castle or a skyscraper and then print it on a Makerbot® Replicator® 2 Desktop 3D Printer. Due to print times, items will be ready for pick-up within a few days.

$30 for non-Members.  Fee includes admission to the museum’s current exhibition.
