ArTLab: Go West! at High Museum of Art

For High School Teens: Explore works of art on view at the High and improve your own art skills in the studio. ArTLabs are meant to improve technique and understanding of a particular medium. From September to December, the last Saturday of each month, students can choose between a photography class taught by artist-extraordinaire Juliana Thomas, and a multimedia class taught by artist and all-around good guy, Joe Tsambiras.

Choose from the Programs Below ($20 each session):

Photography
Design an old west photo shoot, then use natural dyes to put a vintage tint on photographs.

Multi-Media
Make block carvings and print "Wanted" posters like those used in the Old West to nab train robbers and horse thieves.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
