On Tuesday, August 6th at lunchtime, participating Midtown Atlanta restaurants will be featuring a healthy, garden-inspired 86HUNGER lunch special on their menus and they will donate $8.60 to the Atlanta Community Food Bank's, Community Garden Project for each special sold during lunch.

The winner of the Vitamix will be drawn at an 86Project Happy Hour Mixer at TAP tomorrow night! Come mix and mingle from 5 to 7 p.m. The drawing will be held at 6:20!
The 86project was founded by Midtown Atlanta resident Kate Mitchell in 2010 and she selects causes and non-profits throughout Atlanta to raise funds and awareness for.
“The goal of the 86project is to promote social awareness and responsibility in a fun and positive way and to address pressing needs in our community," Kate Mitchell said. To date, the 86 project has raised over $8,000.00 to a host of causes throughout Atlanta!
