Delicious Winter Entertaining with Mary & Don

An essential part of The Cook’s Warehouse mission is sharing good fortune and giving back – in this case, via Simple Abundance. Join Cook’s Warehouse founder and CEO, Mary Moore, and Senior Wine Educator and Sommelier, Don Hackett, for a delectable evening of food, fun and tips for entertaining during the winter/holiday season. Chef Moore will demonstrate how to prepare the following dishes: Local Cheese with Caramelized Onion Jam, Scuppernong Reduction and Marcona Almonds, Butternut Squash Soup with Ginger Cream, Big Green Egg® Smoked Salmon with Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce, Oven Roasted Winter Root Vegetables, and Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Crème Anglais. As always, Don will choose an amazing wine to be paired with each course and answer any wine questions you may have. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.  100% of class proceeds will benefit the Atlanta Community Food Ban.
