"What's for dinner?" shouldn't be a difficult question to answer, but sometimes when you or someone you love has a food allergy it can be a scary, disheartening, and difficult question to answer. Luckily, it doesn't need to be.
The Cook's Warehouse in Midtown is having an allergen-free cooking class next week for those who need help with food allergies. On Thursday, December 13, join Chef Asata Reid, LifeChef. Chef Asata will share easy to prepare foods that both kids and adults will love, and that are also healthy, flavorful and "safe".
Cook’s Warehouse, the official cooking school for Walk for Food Allergy Atlanta, has generously donated their kitchens for three upcoming allergen-free cooking classes. Proceeds from these classes go directly to the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) to fund research, education and advocacy programs related to food allergies. Doctors from Georgia Allergy Asthma & Immunology and Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic will be at the classes as well.
