Herbal Holiday Spirits

Come join the festivities as we learn more about the healing herbal spirits that nourish us through the holidays. Attendees will work hands-on to create their very own infusions, bitters, cordials, and tonics using locally grown culinary and medicinal herbs. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the medicinal properties, nutrition, and folklore of each healing beverage. The best part…take home all your wonderful concoctions and give the gift of herbal spirit this holiday season!
