This Simple Abundance Cooking Class fundraiser features experienced
and classically trained Chef Jeb Aldrich, who has been working alongside his
celebrated dad Chef Jay Swift returns to Simple Abundance. He’ll teach how to prepare a fabulous menu of Sunchoke
Soup with candied pancetta, Sapelo Island clams and basil oil; Veal Schnitzel
with curried spatzle, local braised greens, quail egg and lingonberry brown
butter; and Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast with sweet potato macaire, roasted
turnips and apple celery sauce. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National
Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina
Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100 percent of proceeds benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
