South by South Korea Simple Abundance Class
In this class, Sobban Korean Southern Diner Chefs Jiyeon Lee and Cody Taylor fuse traditional Korean foods with flavors of the Deep South. Learn how to make Bibimbop – an assortment of vegetables over rice, Korean Style Zucchini Pancake with sauce, Bulgogi Ssam – sweet beef with lettuce wrap, and Sujunggwa Iced Tea – traditional Korean cinnamon ginger tea. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100% of proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
