Atlanta Technical College to Honor Top Corporate Citizens During Annual Bridge Builder Awards

On Thursday, April 26, 2012, Atlanta Technical College president, Dr. Alvetta Peterman Thomas and the Atlanta Technical College Foundation will honor corporate leaders who have worked to level the educational playing field in Atlanta. Jackie Parker, Newell Rubbermaid; Donna Boortz, Investing in People; and Pat Lottier, The Atlanta Tribune Magazine, will be honored during the 11th Annual Bridge Builder Awards. William “Bill” Pinto of Hardin Construction and his wife Linda will also be presented with The Presidential Award which is the highest honor bestowed by Atlanta Technical College. The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. at The Foundry at Puritan Mill, 916 Joseph E. Lowery Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia 30318 and all proceeds benefit student scholarships and programs at the college.
