Almost Time for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Annual Christmas Parade

Beginning at 10:30 a.m., Sat., Dec. 7, 2013, Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta will be transformed into Santa Claus Lane with the sights and sounds of the season.

According to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, "the Children's Christmas Parade is the largest holiday parade in the southeast. Along with a television audience of more than 500,000 viewers on WSB-TV."

There will be floats, giant helium-filled balloons, marching bands, along with tens of thousands of spectators lining the Atlanta streets.

Do I have to pay to attend the Parade?

No, the Children's Christmas Parade is a free event open to the public. There will be sidewalk seating along the parade route. We encourage all those in attendance to consider making a donation to Children's. Bleacher tickets are available for purchase beginning in October and all proceeds will benefit the Friends Funding Goals for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
