Many of these students want to connect with American culture. Unfortunately, most international students during their time in the USA will not enter an "American home"

"Homestays" provide an opportunity to connect cultures through a shared living experience. What is a Homestay? Briefly, a "homestay" is a cultural exchange between a local individual or family and a visiting international college student. The student lives as a guest in your home to learn English and experience American culture. Learn more about homestay and its benefits here in my previous blog)

Hosting can be simple--2 weeks, 2 months, or even 2 years. Learn more about it also online via my website: www.markshomestay.com/host
