APD Releases Photo of Midtown Home Invasion Suspect

The suspect has been identified, if you see him do not approach. Call police

Lieutenant Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Department has released updated information to Midtown Patch about the home invasion along Penn Avenue on November 5th when a woman was beaten inside her house.

"We have a suspect in this case, he has been ID'd and arrest warrants for the person have been obtained today," said Lieutenant Cantin.

The suspect was ID by the victim and witness from West End area where the phone was located on 11-5-2013.

"The suspect we are looking for is Jessie Sean Anthony with DOB 6-27-1971 B/M," reports APD, " he is showing 27 prior arrest on the Fulton County jail website, his ID number is 1208761 for your reference."

The suspect in this case is believed to be homeless and maybe staying at one of the area shelters. "We have units checking the Midtown shelters now to locate him," says Lieutenant Jeff Cantin.

Take a close look at the photo and if you see the suspect contact police.  Because of his extensive list of prior arrests, APD says to, "observe and report and take no action, allow the police to confront the suspect."

The APD and Lieutenant Jeff Cantin think they have a good lead on this guy and with the community's help can get him off the street and solve this crime.
