Couple robbed at gunpoint in Home Park

Three male suspects allegedly involved in incident that happened near a Tumlin Street driveway late at night

Atlanta police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a trio of suspects reportedly involved in a recent armed robbery in the Home Park neighborhood.

The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4 on Tumlin Street near 14th Street.

According to the police, a male and female reported that they pulled their vehicle into a driveway on Tumlin St. in order to turn around. As they exited the driveway, a gray colored Oldsmobile sedan allegedly blocked them in.

Two of the three occupants in the suspect vehicle approached the victims' vehicle, where upon one of the suspects displayed a weapon and demanded the victims' belongings.

After taking unconfirmed belongings from the victims, the suspects returned to their vehicle and left in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported and neither of the victims was affiliated with the nearby Georgia Institute of Technology.

All three suspects are described as black males, with two of them last seen wearing black-hooded jackets. One of those two men, the man with the handgun, stands approximately six feet tall. The suspects’ vehicle is described as an Older model gray Oldsmobile sedan.
