Patch Staff Report

Attached here is a brief presentation on the positive work and initiatives of the men and women of the Atlanta Police Department for the month of February 2014, as captured by the news media.

Take moment to look through this short presentation, which only captures a fraction of the positive impact APD is having in its communities. Some of those bright spots include:

- Atlanta Police Chief George Turner joins Statewide Winter Task Force

- Atlanta Police Department recognized for their work during recent winter storms

- Atlanta Police capture criminal through snowy footprints

- Atlanta Police Deputy Chiefs honored by local group

- Atlanta Police meet with Homeland Security officials surrounding technology innovations
