Missing Marietta Man with Dementia Found

Cobb Police are looking for a Marietta man last seen in his Dodge Dakota truck, going to the grocery store on Tuesday morning.

Update: 10 a.m., Nov. 21, 2012

Dudley Charles Lyon was located by the Habersham Police Department on Tuesday night. He was in good health.

Family members were notified, and there were no signs of foul play.

Cobb Police are looking for an elderly Marietta man. According to investigators, 81-year-old Dudley Charles Lyon was last seen at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday by his wife.

Lyon suffers from dementia. He was last seen driving his white (with blue pin stripes) 1994 Dodge Dakota truck. He was going to the grocery store.

Dudley Charles Lyon is a white male, 5’09” tall and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long sleeved blue flannel shirt and long khaki pants.

Anyone with information regarding Dudley Charles Lyon should contact their local law enforcement agency by dialing 9-1-1.

I hope they find him okay. I know that when I go out today I will be looking for that truck. It should be easy to spot.
