Two Murderers Caught Makin' Whoopee in Fulton County Jail
Faulty cell-door locks have continued to contribute to dangerous conditions at the Atlanta facility, where almost $5 million is being spent to replace approximately 1,300 locks.
Love, er, more like lust, was in the air recently at the Fulton County jail where two prisoners recently enjoyed a little afternoon delight.
The man, who picked a lock to meet up for the consensual sex rendezvous, murdered an Atlanta police officer 23 years ago and has been sentenced to death. The female, who is an old acquaintance of her behind bars, whoopee-making partner, has been jailed for more than 950 days after being booked on murder and robbery charges.
As The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports, Norris Speed and Jasmine Jones were both in the jail’s medical wing on May 26. After the latter was let out of her cell to take a shower, Speed picked his cell lock and made a phone call to Jones to talk her into the tryst. A sheriff’s deputy later found the two post-hookup in Speed’s cell.
