Watch a video replay of today's ceremony, dedicated to Gail Thomas, the Atlanta police officer killed in the line of duty in January.

The Atlanta Police Department held its 21th Annual Memorial Service for fallen officers on Tuesday, including a roll call of those who died in the line of duty.

The service was dedicated to Senior Police Officer Gail Denise Thomas, the second Atlanta female police officer to be killed in the line of duty.

On Jan. 24, Thomas, a Zone 5 officer, was struck by a vehicle driven by a suspected drunken driver while assisting another officer at a traffic accident on the Brookwood Interchange ramp in between Midtown and Buckhead.
