Calling all diehard Midtown Democrats and Republicans

Midtown Patch is seeking red-blooded Republicans and true blue Democrats to participate in a political survey we're conducting during this election year.

We're excited to announce "Red Georgia" and "Blue Georgia," the latest in a series of political surveys launched in Patch towns across the country, including Midtown Patch.

We are looking for current and former GOP and Democratic officials, activists and everyday citizens who are politically knowledgeable and involved in their communities -- people whose opinion would be considered valuable and would be trusted by their neighbors.

The "Red Georgia" and "Blue Georgia" surveys will focus on issues that matter to Republicans and Democrats in the metro Atlanta area and Georgia issues leading up to Election 2012.

Taking part is a way for you to have a voice in the political discussion during this important election year. We promise these surveys will be short and that we won’t flood your ‘in’ box with lots of emails.

If you agree to participate, we'll e-mail you a question and your response will be mixed in with other survey respondents to help Georgia get a clearer view of an issue of importance. We'll include your name on our public roster of participants, but your answers will always be anonymous.
