Sewer Capacity Relief Meeting

This is the new meeting date and its purpose is to give details to the community regarding plans for overflow tanks off Cheshire Bridge.

The City of Atlanta's Department of Watershed Management intend to place two 10-12 million gallon overflow tanks, 15-30 feet above ground, at 2061 Liddell Drive (behind Barking Hound Village).  The mechanics of these overflow tanks would be housed at 2001 Cheshire Bridge Road, currently owned by Salem Broadcasting.  No other details have been made available.

The project, originally planned for an area off Zonolite, was then relocated off Briarcliff Road.  Both locations supposedly presented problems that made it undesirable to continue.
