The Atlanta Police Department Zone Realignment Initiative

The Atlanta Police Department officials are looking to redraw the boundaries of six zones to ensure the fastest response times and to maximize police resources.The APD beat realignment information meetings are scheduled for: 

Zone 2 (which includes Loring Heights and a portion of West Midtown).  March 9 at The Lodge at Peachtree Presbyterian Church, 3417 Roswell Rd NE.,  7:00 pm.

Zone 5 (which covers the Midtown neighborhood, Atlantic Station, Ansley Park, Sherwood Forest, Home Park and a portion of West Midtown).  March 30 at the Atlanta Civic Center's Piedmont Room, 395, Piedmont Ave., 7:00 pm.

Zone 6
 (which includes Piedmont Heights and a portion of Ansley Park).   March 31 at the East Atlanta Public Library, 400 Flat Shoals Ave. SE,  7:00 pm.
