Rep. Rashad Taylor is not new to Atlanta residents, but in this video Mr. Taylor took time out to reintroduce himself to our Patch Readers.
Rep. Taylor is currently running for the Georgia House of Representatives' District 57 seat against his fellow democrat Rep. Pat Gardner. Due to redistricting, the two incumbents have to face each-other.
