Readers' Choice: The Nook Tops for Patio Dining

It’s a Friday to celebrate at . Not only is the restaurant located at 1144 Piedmont Avenue celebrating its third anniversary all weekend, The Nook also won our Readers’ Choice poll for the top spot in Midtown for outdoor patio dining and drinking.

The Nook garnered 43-percent of the votes with bringing in a respectable 26-percent of the votes.

The Nook’s patio features great views of the park across the street and offers versatile seating options and ceiling fans. Plus fishbowl drinks, which are 10-percent off this Friday.

As part of the anniversary celebration, the eatery will do BOGO Totchos on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and will buy a round of shots for the entire restaurant at 6 p.m. All weekend long, if you buy a bottle of the new Blue Moon Honey Wheat you will get a raffle ticket to win a $50 Nook gift card

There’s a Macho Totcho eating contest on Saturday at 5 p.m., plus a Jack Daniels promotion. And The Nook will be showing all the NCAA basketball tournament games all weekend long. Congratulations to The Nook!
