77 12th Residences 95 Percent Leased

Residential space for 77 12th is officially 95 percent leased. Pre-leasing efforts began in September 2012 and the building opened with the first move-ins occurring in May 2013.

The retail side is now at 91 percent, just nine months after the first lease was announced February 2013. Raw Denim, the first retail tenant, opened in September 2013 and Tabla, a trendy new Indian concept, just opened Thursday. Additional tenants scheduled to open later in 2014 include BurgerFi, Taco Diner and Max’s Wine Dive. 

77 12th is the third phase of the 12th & Midtown master plan that spans approximately four city blocks on the Midtown Mile. 12th & Midtown is a more than 3-million-square-foot master-planned mixed-use development featuring Class A office towers, luxury hotels, premium residences and flagship retail. 

In the spirit of the season, 12th & Midtown kicked off its “12 Days of Midtown” on Thursday, as holiday deals and steals will be available through Dec. 23. Patrons of select tenants who mention “12 Days of Midtown” will receive the following special offers:
