$63 million project calls for construction of 23 stories and 320 apartments.
The $63 million high-rise at 100 6th Street that broke ground in January is progressing.
The project on Juniper Street between 6th and 7th streets is a venture of Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Co.
The development, which is scheduled to come online by 2014, will be 23 stories with 320 apartments.
