Four More Corporate Tenants Added to 12th & Midtown

Two months after announcing the addition of three new office tenants, the 12th & Midtown district recently signed four more office leases for 1075 Peachtree Street.

The recently secured new tenants that will operate in this space include: public relations firm, Edelman; CPA firm, Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, LLP; sales management consultants, The Alexander Group and financial advisory firm, Cahaba Wealth Management.

 “These additional lease signings continue to position 12th & Midtown as an ever-advancing and dominant lifestyle district in the Atlanta market.” said Daniel Corp. Vice President of Office Leasing Doug Guedry in a press release.

These newly acquired tenants will join recently announced tenants PNC Bank, The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Conway MacKenzie, as well as existing corporate tenants such as PWC, Fisher & Phillips, Atlanta Capital Management Co., BCG, Seyfarth Shaw Attorneys and more in the $500 million complex, which opened in 2010.

Space, date and broker details for the additional four office tenants are as follows:

• Edelman: Currently operating at 101 Marietta Street, Edelman is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by June 1, 2013 and occupy a 28,423-square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker Jay Dowlen of CBRE.

• Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, LLP: Currently operating at 1180 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Cherry, Bekaert & Holland is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by November 1, 2013, and will occupy a 27,898-square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker Gannon Shepherd of Jones Lang LaSalle.

• The Alexander Group: Currently operating at 1201 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, The Alexander Group is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by July 1, 2013 and will occupy a 6,446-square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker Dan Granot of Joel & Granot.

• Cahaba Wealth Management: Currently operating at 999 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Cahaba Wealth Management is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by April 1, 2013 and will occupy a 2,545-square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker Scott Perry of Eidson Group.

1075 Peachtree is an integrated multi-tower mixed-use structure comprised of 725,000 square feet of Class A office space, the 414-room Loews Atlanta Hotel, the renowned Exhale Spa, and 60,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurants.

Spanning approximately four city blocks, the 12th & Midtown mixed-use development features Class A office towers, a luxury hotel, premium residences and flagship retail.
