Out with the Arby's, In with the ?

A  fixture of Midtown's food tenants is about to be no more.

Longtime Selig tennant Arby's Restaurant located at Spring and 4th, is looking at it's last week in business in Midtown, with a spiffy new eatery to take it's place

Could beer, cheese plates and wine  replace Roast Beef and Mountain Dew, in NoNo West?

Arby's departure from the neighborhood leaves citizens two drive through fast food establishments in True West Midtown; Varsity and Rally's/Checkers are the sole standing get and gos.

This transition marks a turning point for the neighborhood which is undergoing transformation from an ignored area by The city to a robust day and evening destination place.

As our next door neighbors, we hate to see the great folks at Arby's leave. We will miss our Midtown neighbors and wish all success in their future endeavors.

Saturday will be the last day of business at Arby's. Please come by and wish them well and grab a sandwich while you can before you go to the Tech game.

Caveat: this information is provided by surveyors and  no lease is yet signed. This is not a formal announcement by any of the firms involved; that will  be forthcoming.

Any prior announcement of tennant is premature at this moment. When the news is release, you can read it here.
