Join Chef Steven Devereaux Greene and An on Friday, October 25 as they host Mother Earth Brewing for a signature beer dinner. Mother Earth Brewing, one of North Carolina’s most popular craft breweries, has teamed up with An for a night of finely prepared food and award winning craft beer. OCTOBER 23 - BIG TEX DECATUR

On Wednesday, October 23 at 7 p.m., Big Tex Decatur joins Wild Heaven Craft Beers in presenting the Wild Heaven Beer Dinner. Patrons of the dinner will indulge in a seasonally and Thanksgiving inspired menu created by Chef Rick Watson that includes Salt Cod Fritters, Smoked Rabbit Tamale, Blackened Turkey Filet on Dressing with Sweet Potato Mash, and Pumpkin Cheesecake with an Ode to Mercy drizzle. OCTOBER 22  - COOK HALL

On Tuesday, October 22, Cook Hall will be hosting its first ever beer dinner featuring large format beers and delicious family-style fare. The menu includes Cook Hall Charcuterie paired with The Bruery Mischief Ale, pan roasted mussels, Andouille sausage, Hop Stupid Broth paired with Lagunitas Hop Stupid, roasted organic chicken, with Brussels sprouts, brown butter vinaigrette paired with Allagash Curieux and chocolate truffle raspberry cake paired with Great Divide Oatmeal Yeti Stout.
