Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Expands Burger Bar

Park 75 at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is raising the burger standard once again. Nearly two years ago, Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker introduced the Burger Bar.  The Wednesday-only, specialty burger menu, available to only a select few inside the kitchen at Park 75, quickly became a hit with midtown Atlanta’s lunch crowd.  

Now, due to popular demand, Park 75 will expand Burger Bar beyond the walls of the kitchen and into…well…the bar!  Starting Wednesday, July 3, Burger Bar will be served in Park 75 Lounge.

“Week-after-week, we turn away excited guests, reminding them to make reservations early in order to secure one of 14 available seats,’ said Jose Detaille, Park 75 Restaurant and Lounge Manager. ‘We are thrilled to be able to expand the seating capacity to almost three times as many diners.”

Burger Bar fans need not worry; everything that made Burger Bar the hit it is will remain unchanged.  The creative burger, sides and milkshake offerings will continue to impress burger seekers and the service and atmosphere will remain fun, casual and authentic. The prices will also remain the same at $12 per burger, sides at $3 each; shakes at $5 and sodas at $3 each.

Guests will order from a chalkboard menu, grab their table number, find a seat anywhere in the bar and wait for their mouth-watering burger and sides to arrive. 

“I think it makes perfect sense to expand Burger Bar to an actual bar,’ explains Chef Gerstenecker. ‘We want to continue to treat our guests to something special and fun as an escape in the middle of the work week, and we are excited to further enhance this experience in Park 75 Lounge. Maybe more people will sneak out and enjoy that mid-day burger and shake we know they want.”

The Burger Bar is available every Wednesday from 11:15 until 1:15.
