Schools

One Region. Educating Every Child. From Cradle to Career.

How can we – the educators, the parents, the business people, the nonprofit leaders and the policymakers – come together to give all of metro Atlanta’s children consistently high-quality educational opportunities to best prepare
them for adulthood? How do we identify small successes and leverage them into big successes? And how can we transcend the boundaries that have traditionally prevented us from doing so?
Five years ago, leaders in another metropolitan area asked - and answered - these same questions. The result was a remarkable cross-sector, collaborative initiative that's already yielding impressive results.

She'll talk about cradle-to-career work in education in greater Cincinnati - and how regional Atlanta can do it, too.
