Grab the kids and join us in the kitchen for a day of fun! This engaging and interactive un-cooking class with raw vegan chef, Victoria Moon of PermissionToHeal.org , will teach you and your family how to make super easy and super nutritious whole food snacks and power-packed smoothies that do not require sharp knives or heating appliances to make. So easy a six year old could prepare these recipes, this exploitative food class is perfect for “beginners” of all ages to get them acquainted with a healthy and practical food experience. Chef Victoria will walk you through step-by-step, fun and intuitive food preparation tips for turning simple ingredients into so much more! In this class, not only is playing with your food okay—it’s encouraged! This class is suitable for ages 6+. Children under 6 must have a parent assist. There is a 5 person minimum and 10 person max. You must register in advance for this class.
