A controversial email has been discovered sent to the pledges of Phi Kappa Tau at Georgia Tech from one of its fraternity members. According to news reports, the letter went out last month and describes how giving alcohol to girls can help you have your way with them.
The email even refers to girls as "rape bait," and has troubled many female students on campus.
According to WSB, who spoke to students and female witnesses that saw the letter, the
fraternity CEO issued a statement saying, “the referenced email is
extremely inappropriate and does not reflect the values of the Phi Kappa
