Grady Parents & Midtown Neighbors: Help GHS!

New school year volunteer opportunities abound with the chance to make a huge difference in students' lives. Grady HS and Grady PTSA Open House set for in a few weeks.

GradyGram news courtesy of the Grady High School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) to help keep Grady families, faculty and community stakeholders informed.

The and Grady PTSA Open House will take place on Tuesday, September 18, at 6 p.m. in the school's theater.

Join fellow parents and friends to meet the faculty and staff at this year’s first PTSA meeting in the theatre and follow your student’s class schedule immediately after the meeting. During brief informational sessions, teachers will personally answer questions about their course content, resources, expectations and homework.

Be mindful that the purpose of Open House is to give parents an overview of their student’s classes. Individual conferences should be scheduled for a later date. We look forward to seeing you! Go KNIGHTS!!

GHS Parking Lots Fundraisers

The Grady PTSA will be raising funds at the parking lots during the Atlanta Black Pride Festival on Sunday, Sept. 2 at Piedmont Park. We need volunteers, parents and students, to collect the fees and direct cars to designated spots.

Students: build your community service hours. If you are able to provide 2 to 4 hours (or more) of your time on Sunday, please send an email to ghsfun20122013@gmail.com.

The Grady High School Parking Lots are the major fundraiser for Grady High School and the PTSA. Please come out to volunteer and then go enjoy the festival!
