Six Seniors from Grady High School Named 2013 National Merit Scholarship Finalists

The students were chosen based on their GPA, SAT scores, personal essays/applications, and school evaluation.


Six seniors from Grady High School have been honored for being named 2013 National Merit Corporation Finalists.

According to the National Merit Corporation, "the National Merit and Achievement Scholarship is one of the most coveted recognitions a high school student could achieve."

The students were chosen based on their GPA, SAT scores, personal essays/applications, and school evaluation. The 6 outstanding students above made it past 16,000 semifinalists and are part of roughly 8,000 students nationwide that will receive a scholarship from the National Merit Corporation.
