Can Science Get You in Shape? Orangetheory Fitness Coming to Midtown Says 'Yes'

Another gym is coming to Midtown

What Now Atlanta has reported this week that a new fitness and science conscience gym is coming to the Atlanta area in the coming year.  Orangetheory Fitness, who already has a location on Howell Mill Road and 4 others, has plans to move into The Metropolis in midtown.

According to the gym's website, "Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a-kind workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT suspension training™ and free weights to tone your body and gain energy throughout the day."

WhatNowAtlanta reports that, "the fitness center submitted a building permit application with the City of Atlanta mid-November to build-out space at Metropolis." The cost of the build-out is expected to be $65,000.

Have you ever tried one of the Orangetheory workouts?  There are supposed to be the "Best One-Hour workout in the World"...
