The Duty of Design Party is happening from 8:00PM to 12:00AM this Saturday. A few attendees have asked if the time was later, but we are starting at 8PM EDT. We can't wait to see you there!
Here some of the things you will all be able to enjoy:
-Free drinks and food courtesy of our sponsors SVEDKA Vodka, Whole Food Market Ponce de Leon, and Kilwin's Desserts and Chocolates while dancing the night away.
-A giant scribble wall be on display for attendees to write on along with a few other goodies. Swags bags will be available while supplies last-- featuring awesome gift cards from The Fifth Group Restaurants and more.
-During our raffle, we will give away multiple gift cards from Inventables: The Hardware Store for Designers and a $100.00 gift card from The Fifth Group Restaurant Group!

Is there an age limit to attend?
The party is 18+ but you must be 21 to drink. Security and bartenders will strictly enforce this, so no funny business or horribly reproduced fake IDs. We will remove you from the premises immediately.
Is this a costume party?
Not really- but feel free to dress up as any character or object you feel best embodies you. You may have a special spirit animal. You can also be boring normal and dress up as yourself.
Is this free?
Yes! This event is free. However, you may donate directly to our Success Kits Program by getting a Charitable Ticket below. 100% of your donation will go to this program. You can choose to donate any amount.
Who will my Charitable Ticket benefit?
Your ticket will go directly to The Duty of Design's Success Kits Program. This free program empowers those in need with the tools to become employed. Each participant of this program will take a resume and professional development course. At the end of the course, a custom-designed resume, cover letter, stationery packet, and business card suite will be given to each participant. Participants will recieve the kit in a new messengar bag. The Success Kits Program is offered to any group seeking assistance, but Duty primarily focuses on the homeless, low-income groups, and those in transition. We are currently sponsoring The Success Kit Program to Sheltering Arms of Atlanta. This is the oldest non-profit in Atlanta, so you're contribution will go towards something beneficial and historic!
Where can I park?
You can park in the Atlantic Station Self-Park lots or at street metered parking. The Self-Park lots are free for the first 2 hours, but if you stay for the entire duration of the party expect to pay around $6.00. Street metered parking takes credit cards and coins.
I can't find the event
The location of the event is 256 18th Street Northwest, Atlanta, Georgia. If your GPS manages to take you to an amibigious location, remember that the event is on the second floor of Atlantic Station. Simply walk to Escalator 5 (between California Pizza Kitchen and The Cheesecake Factory), go to Level 2 and proceed to the right. We will have plenty of signage and lights to direct you!
