Midtown’s Largest College Football Tailgate Returns to Cypress St. Pint and Plate

Featuring Live Music, Cold Beer and Giveaways Beginning at 10 a.m.

On Saturday, November 30th, the ACC will once again meet the SEC in one of the most talked about games of the season. There's no football rivalry in the state of Georgia bigger than UGA vs. Georgia Tech and to get in on the action, Midtown’s favorite neighborhood spot will once again host the city’s largest tailgate party.

Beginning at 10 a.m., Cypress Street Pint and Plate will open its doors to UGA and Georgia Tech fans alike for some good old-fashioned southern competition. Guests will enjoy a variety of delicious food specials, live music before and after the game, and of course, ice cold brews courtesy of Athens’ Terrapin Beer Company and Atlanta’s own SweetWater Brewing Company. Hardcore football fanatics fear not, the big game will be shown on every TV throughout the restaurant with sound while Chef Richard Silvey grills up some of the best tailgate grub in the city.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to grab their seat and the first fifty guests will receive a limited edition game hat. The party isn’t over when the game ends; Cypress Street is in it for the long run and will keep the beer flowing and the food coming until late into the night. For more information, please visit www.cypressbar.com or call 404-815-9243.
