The organization manages more than 90 percent of the park's daily maintenance and security.</p> <p>The conservancy has paid for a host of new amenities to the park, including a new pool and bathhouse in 2009, and a new dog park in 2010. The organization currently is working on constructing and raising money for a 53-acre expansion.</p> <p>The conservancy offers programs during the year, including the Green Market, a fresh produce market on Saturday mornings from May to December; bird walks with the Atlanta Audubon Society; historical tours; sports at the Active Oval; and a variety of special programs and workshops. </p> <p>The organization rents to the public three park buildings: Magnolia Hall and lawn, Dockside and Greystone.
