Earlier this year, financial hard times caught up Rafshoon’s Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse and he was forced to shutter its doors for good. 10th & Piedmont, the latest Midtown offering from restaurateurs and brothers Sean and Gilbert Yeremyan, is scheduled to open on Monday, Dec. 10 in the former Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse space at 991 Piedmont Avenue. On Sunday night, 10th & Piedmont will be offering a sneak preview from 6:30 p.m. to midnight. Having announced last week that their new restaurant, “10th & Piedmont,” will be opening in December, owners Sean and Gilbert Yeremyan have posted a few artist renderings of what the former Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse space will look like from the outside.
