Snow Causes Mayhem in Midtown
What happens when drivers overestimate their abilities in the snow? Answer: Insurance claims
As freshly fallen snow took over Midtown Sunday night, some residents chose to brave the icy city streets with serious consequences. Georgia Department of Transportation has asked that motorists stay off the roads through Monday, and for good reason. The snow and slush from last night has been packed down and covered in a layer of freezing rain, resulting in frozen roads and damaged property.
